Banana-Date Smoothie with Cardamom and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 6 dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon cardamom

Recipe 

Put everything together in a blender and mix! Then enjoy the sweetness 🙂
