Often, I browse through several Facebook groups and through the internet to find inspiration for the recipes here on the blog. This one is the result of one of my browsing adventures. It’s wonderfully easy to make, full of nutrients and suuuper delicious!
- 2 Naan bread or self made pizza dough (we use Naan bread)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup of vegan BBQ sauce
- 1 can of chickpeas
- A handful of spinach
- 1 small red onion
- Grated vegan cheeze (we use Gusta Swisso)
Pre-heat the oven to 450°F. Simply mix the chickpeas and the BBQ sauce in a bowl, cut the onions and add to the mixture. Then spread the pizza sauce on the Naan bread and put the top with the chickpea-onion-BBQ mix. Add some spinach leaves on top and finally put grated cheeze over it. Put in the oven for 10 minutes and enjoy a great meal without a lot of effort!
