Vegan Coconut Cardamom Brownies

The thing we love the most about Christmas recipes is the spices! These coconut cardamom brownies are full of flavour and so chocolaty, we guarantee they will be loved by your family on Christmas eve ;-).



  • 1.5 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 1.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • Butter to grease




First preheat the oven to 350°FTake the avocado, peel it and take out the chore, then put it with the plant-based milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Mix meanwhile the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, ground cardamom, cinnamon and brown sugar. Then add the milk and avocado mix. Grease your baking container and fill in the mixture. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out and put in the fridge for at least an hour, the cooler it is, the better. Enjoy!
