Vegan Chocolate Cookies

This recipe is easy, fast and kids approved! Let the fresh and warm chocolate melt in your mouth and all your cravings will be satisfied.



  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free margarine
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips



In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, do the same with the margarine, white/brown sugar and vanilla extract. You can use a mixer for this part as it needs to be as smooth as possible. Incorporate the dry ingredients to your margarine mixture and mix well. Thrown in the chocolate chips and spread them evenly through the dough. Once your dough is complete, cover the bowl with a damp towel and leave in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F during that time. After that, simply form the cookies and line them on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. Let them cool down for 5 minutes before serving.
