Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls – you see them everywhere lately. So to keep up with the trend, we needed to try our own. I am not the biggest fan of all these fancy Acai, Maca and whatever powder bowls, as they are pretty expensive and I’d rather keep stuff simple. So here it is, our easy, fast and delicious Smoothie Bowl!


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • Chia and Hemp seeds to sprinkle



Combine blueberries and bananas in a blender and blend on high for around 30 seconds. Cut the kiwi, put the blueberry-banana mix in a bowl and put the kiwi on top. Then sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds.
